Above ground oval wastewater treatment plants AT with VFL® treatment technology

Above ground wastewater treatment plants AT 30 oval to AT 150 oval are designed use without additional backfill or reinforcements. AT above-ground WWTPs are intended for decentralized temporary or permanent wastewater treatment solutions. They are intended for sources of sewage waste water of sizes from 4.5 to 22.5 m3/day. They are delivered separately with non-pink reinforcement, safety elements, and made of UV-stable polypropylene.

They are used to clean sewage wastewater from residential buildings, parts of municipalities, accommodation facilities, restaurants, schools, recreational facilities, manufacturing plants, industrial parks and the like, especially if standard underground installation of sewage treatment system is not possible, or for example when a wastewater treatment plant is temporarily installed. Cleaned wastewater is discharged into surface or underground waters, or is recycled, for example, when watering lawns or ornamental greenery.

Wastewater treatment plants of the type series AT 30 oval to AT 150 oval in the above-ground design are ideally suited for transport by classic truck or container transport and subsequent transport in case of temporary use.
 
Wastewater treatment plants use their own Vertical Flow Labyrinth - VFL® wastewater treatment technology, which is internationally protected by a patent. The use of this technology in the wastewater treatment process ensures high quality of purified water, low investment and operating costs.
 
Technological parameters of the wastewater treatment plant. The quality of the purified water meets the requirements of the SR Government Regulation No. 359/2022 Coll. for discharge of opdad waters for source size 30-50 EO (small wastewater treatment plants) and 51-500 EO.

Installation of WWTP type AT 30 to AT 150 oval above ground:
 
Waste water treatment plants are installed on a reinforced concrete base plate with a thickness of approx. 300 mm on the ground. Subsequently, the inflow and outflow of the WWTP will be connected.
